I did not see much for late night eating in the casino. Also did not like that they would not convert my Canadian winnings in the casino back to American dollars. In Niagara Falls casinos they convert Canadian money to American no problem.

Great hotel for staying near the airport. Includes parking overnight, which most of them charge an extra fee for. It's newly renovated and very clean. We will be staying here before trips often!
