it’s a fairly new hotel but has limited parking spots. it was clean but for some reason the sink in the bathroom wasn’t draining so i had asked for someone to come up and take a look at it and no one ever came .. housekeeping came everyday to ask if we needed anything, that was nice. i did over hear them telling another room if they wanted more towels they were going to have to charge them??? but never told us they nor were we billed for extra towels so that was odd. I stayed there for 4 nights and the end of my stay when it was time to check out the lobby was filled with people complaining about there stay.. Choose wisely

The property is unfinished it shouldn’t even be open there paper on the bottom floor windows as the rooms are unfinished. I stayed on the second floor and you could see from the parking lot every other room was finished. First after getting off a 13.5 flight we get there and the room key doesn’t work so they give us a new room. Then we’re like it’s hot in here call down to from desk they are fixing the AC after an hour we go to dinner and we ask what’s going on with the AC oh they will be back tomorrow to fix it. So no AC everyone was complaining then the next day we were woken up at 8:30 for plumbing like check out wasn't till 11 am so I got up and said we were still sleeping and closed the door then they knocked again I just went back to sleep. Then we could hear them going door to door knocking on each door. Then we heard them driving and working on the rooms beside us as they were unfinished like they shouldn't have opened up for business if they weren't ready to accommodate the customers. I would never recommend this place thwy did nothing to help us with their issues at all don't stay there ever there are lots of choices by the airport

was highly disappointed with the hotel I booked, the room was nice, but nothing worked, the stove was broken, washer did not have no soap, towel rack was broken, to where it couldn't hurt someone, didn't not do good room service, only made the beds, it didn't sweep or clean the room properly.

Hotel still in construction, no trained workers and don’t know what to do. Polite workers but didn’t be trained. Exemple, i put do not disturb to my door but 3 times they nicked once to my door and were on top of my bed cleaning while i am sleeping. I had to explain what’s the meaning of DO NOT DISTURB. Not even to nock to my door just move to the next. Anyway less room for you to clean. But they haf no clue.

Do not stay here, it is not worth the hassle of getting your security deposit back. Stayed for one night, on arrival I was asked for a $200 security deposit which was not shown anywhere when I book this hotel. When I checked out I was told the money will be sent back and it will take 4-5 business days. After two weeks of not receiving my money back I called to ask and was told it was already sent. I had not received anything and I contacted them again to try to get a record they had sent the money back, the workers put me on hold, hung up, would not let me speak to the manager, and would not provide me with a record they have sent the money back. One worker said they would email me the records and I called back later after not receiving anything and another worker said they did not have access to those records. Overall this hotel is not a good experience and is not worth staying at.

They could do better as a hotel if they were charging that much. I was with my family and two children; there was no proper provision for the kids, no toothbrush at all, and only a tiny amount of soap was kept in the bath for a family of 4; the staff attendant didn't show remorse when I complained about this. I want my family to have a pleasant experience on their first night in Canada, but this could not be achieved with Skye's Residence. Please, lots need to be in place before enlisting them on Expedia. I had to check out the next day to book another hotel elsewhere. Overall, I didn't get the value for my $174 i paid for a night.

The hotel was brand new when my girlfriend and I visited. The staff was a little disheveled and slow, but again, it was their 2nd day being open. We enjoyed the area, but it was a little far from downtown Toronto. Overall, our stay was great and the hotel was a great affordable choice.

The property is brand new and the rooms are a generous size. Unfortunately the construction cleaning is not thorough. Also the Security lights from the mall accross yhe road keep the room from being dark at night and the blinds are inadequate. I had a very bad sleep as a result. There is also a lot of aircraft noise until midnight.

We had to move about 3 times within 3 hours because every room had an issue. I booked for a suite with a balcony and was given another room that was not clean and did not have the balcony. They took a $200 deposit from me from my debit card after telling me that it declined since they don’t take debit, so they went ahead and took another 200 from my credit card. Was told that the debit transaction was a hold and to contact my bank but my bank said that it was a purchase transaction that needed to be refunded from the hotel. Logan who works at the front desk gave my boyfriend and I a hard time the entire stay with our payments and our rooms. Extremely rude and unprofessional. The kitchens don’t have any pots, pans, utensils, nothing so be prepared to bring your own. After finally moving your 3rd room our balcony had garbage, cigarette buts and a dead bird on it. Once we finally checked out it took about an hour for all of their staff members to figure out why I needed a refund on my debit card and after figuring out that they did in fact charge me, they tried to issue the refund where they ended up taking another 200 from me. So that’s 400 from my debit, and 200 on my credit card. They ended up giving me 200 cash and released the rest on their end which I am still waiting for. This was a terrible experience overall. My boyfriend and I did not enjoy our stay here. This hotel is barely even finished and they don’t give receipts unless you ask

The suite was nice, and looked exactly like the pictures online. There was still construction dust on the floor and on some of the surfaces. None of my lamps had lightbulbs, I've asked the staff 3 times to have some sent over to my room but they never got back to me. The AC wasn't working well either.
