Toronto won me over! Oh Canada Cambridge Suites is your jam. Hockey Hall, CN Tower and my first Blue Jays game were easy walks. Room was spectacular with simple parking off Richmond Street. Muffins in morning had Mikey happy too! Highly recommended

No refrigerator in a suites hotel is really weird. The decor is dated but I don’t agree with others who say it’s worn out. The worst thing was, I was constantly disturbed by calls from the front desk and housekeeping and housekeeping knocking on my door even with a do not disturb sign. There is no bar, no restaurant, no place to hang out. They should at least open the bar from 4 to 12 and have a small menu of simply prepared snacks.

I really liked the central location. Almost everything I wanted to see was within walking distance ( old post office, CN tower, ferry to the islands, St. Lawrence and Kensington markets, Nathan Phillips square and Queens Park). The only miscommunication was the parking cost. I thought it was added to my Expedia bill when I booked, but the hotel was adamant about charging me when I checked in. I loved that the parking was underground so my vehicle was safe from the weather and thieves.

In the center of downtown. Very close to city hall, shopping mall. Room is clean and with a comfortable size. The only downside is its shower system, which is not convenient to use. But overall it is a good place to stay

Overall it was very good. There is no particular thing that I didn’t like. Staff was very helpful. Location of the hotel is very convenient. Lots of restaurants around. It was clean and neat. Room was specious enough for 1 or 2 people.

My only complaint is that the tap water ran warm no matter what I did so it was difficult to get a cold glass of water to drink. I had to fill a bottle and put it in the fridge/freezer or use TONS of ice.

Our stay was excellent and loved the spacious rooms. It is very quiet at night as they have a "no party" policy and security guard at the entrance. You feel very safe staying in this hotel. The staff are attentive and very helpful. This hotel is in the middle of it all as well. You can walk across from the lobby and have access to the "PATH" underground walkway which connects all of downtown Toronto!
