Hotel Riu Plaza Toronto
Checkin was not the greatest. Not super friendly. Didn’t explain where to find the restaurant nor how to connect to wifi. Needed all 4 peoples ID. I’ve never had to do that before. Room wasn’t clean well at Checkin. Next day room still wasn’t attended to until 430pm. Breakfast was great. Staff mediocre. ...
