In the bath tub i found bugs and some insects and when i ask front desk they simply said sometimes bugs hide inside so we cannot see. I will never come to this motel. Also found blood stains in washroom. Terrible motel i ever stayed

I just dont get when u book a king bed room and all ready paid for it when u get there and they dont say nothing and talk to each other in another language and say they up grade u and u get to your room and theres a queen bed and a sofa witch i didnt ask for we r bigger people snd that y we pd for a kingbed room wasnt impressed

starting fire alarm in the morning 3am and hotel crew just said is false alarm please go to sleep but alarm can't stop over 45 minute. How sleep after that? Crew is very unprofessional and don't know what they can do.

Got an early check in, Sri Lankan guy at the front desk from Colombo was super nice and lady at check out was amazing too, gave late check out. The manager’s are not the best, got attitude and think they Own the world. Good stay

My recent stay at the Monte Carlo Inns Airport Suite in the Napoleon Suite was nothing short of exceptional. The suite was well-appointed with a jacuzzi bathtub, which was the perfect remedy after a long day of travel. The amenities including a large TV, microwave, fridge, and a comfortable queen bed made my stay very comfortable. The big window in the room provided a nice view, adding to the overall ambiance. I was particularly impressed with the staff's efficiency. Although the official check-in time was 3 PM, I arrived early at 11:30 AM, and they managed to accommodate me by 12:45 PM, which was greatly appreciated. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, making my experience even more memorable. Just TV wasn't working properly.

There are smoke smell all the time. Pot smoke. Management should be more strict with this. There are signage but people don’t always follow. We would never stay there anymore. Often times i would ask to change rooms. Vents are very dusty including the window coverings.
