"My room appeared clean at first, but as I stayed I noticed that the walls and glass of the shower were not. There was still hair left on the shower walls, glass door, and the bathroom door itself. It was very unsettling and made me wonder what appeared clean to the naked eye, but actually wasn’t. My bed looked clean, but you could see the space between the headboard and the wall hadn’t been touched in a while. I’d think it would be vacuumed every now and then. I’m not expecting anyone to move furniture every room clean for quick turnovers. As I lay in bed, a fairly large black spider crawled over me. That was a bit scary, coming from a person who has a fear of bugs/insects. The staff were friendly during check in and check out, so that was a nice experience. "

"Our room was very comfortable and had a section portioned off for a living room like area. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was great. Plenty of fresh fruit, a yogurt bar, and oatmeal bar, as well as eggs and sausage links. They also had a decent gym. It had a dumbbell collection with a bench, a couple of bikes, an elliptical, and a treadmill."

"Great value! Very spacious and clean and great places to hang out in the lobby with ample choice of snacks. Decent breakfast too typical hotel eggs and sausage and pancakes and oatmeal, etc."

"Stay was mediocre. Property could use some maintenance in the parking lot and room updates. Pull out couch wasn’t comfortable at all, no trash bags in the bins, shower itself was older and had a crack in it. Staff was very nice though. "

"They have bed bugs. I was looking at price watch all day, only 2 rooms left. The first room had bed bugs everywhere then they put me in the last room available, same thing. Now I know why no one took those rooms"

"The room was clean however there was another persons hair still in the shower. We opted out for no room service but were told we could ask for something if we needed it. When we asked for extra towels they said we opted out for room service and we said well that doesn’t mean we don’t want clean towels. They breakfast was great no complaints. It was busy so the parking lot was full and we had to park in another hotels lot. "
