"Our room was outdated, quilt on bed was a movers blanket, shower was a small square space which came with two thin bath towels. Furniture was very old, peeling or chipped. Looked nothing at all like photos."

"We were only there for a night but everything was Great! The bed and pillows were comfortable we had a great sleep. Will definitely look here again should we need to visit Payson again! Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and cool."

"The hotel was more than adequate and the breakfast was very good. The rooms are a bit small but everything worked fine. The elevator was briefly out one day but it was quickly repaired and management was very helpful My only issue was that this property is right on the Beeline Hwy which is very busy throughout the day and much of the night. I'd suggest that you request a room as far from the street as possible."
