Comfy bed. Very good breakfast. Good restaurant (Fargo) just next door. Downside is what sounds like a pneumatic drill in the wall at bed time and 6am. We were told this is the plumbing - as it is an old building. If sleep isn't your thing, then this won't be an issue for you.
