Room was clean and spacious and staff was friendly. The restroom was a bit outdated. Overall it was a good choice, great for access to trails and gondolas. The restaurant is quite good.

Room was clean everything was fresh bed comfortable and size of room was great for myself, shower was great, staff great and the restaurant served great meals with friendly serving staff.

Super friendly and helpful gentleman in the office at check in. We are traveling from Auckland to Queenstown and chose this overnight stay for its kitchenette as we prefer cooking to eating in restaurants. Used Tongariro crossing shuttle really friendly driver and convenient pick up with parking at ski biz. Booking online was easy and if you are doing the crossing you need a shuttle as departing and arrival are two different locations.
