5/5 - Excellent
The walks are stunning and well worth doing. This was the highlight of our 2 week honeymoon! Thoroughly enjoyed!

The restaurant also is very good and has breathtaking views of the mountainside from their patio area. While ...

The property met our expectations as the room was exactly as it looked in the web pics. The check-in was fast and easy, the room was clean and wi-fi was great. We could park just in front of our room. Even when the lodge is close to the road, we could sleep very well, with good black out ...

We have stayed here a few times. Very handy to the main town, restaurant and cafes. Spacious, clean, modern and they have a few spas you can use. We will be back again!

Nice, safe little village. Most of the walks seem to start to the next village down which is not far. Went quad biking with Ruaphu adventure rides which was so much fun (Carl our instructor and owner of the company was excellent) - would recommend!
Check the advertising and pricing very carefully. Good value for six if you only use as a sleepover. Otherwise old and outdated in need of makeover to suit todays traveler
