"Reserved a King bed and as soon as you get there they change it out to a queen bed. Ice machine on floor was broken, various lights in room did not work. No safe in room. We found out on our last day staying with them that you had to call to get housekeeping to clean your room. Would not recommend."

"Read the comments well The tv didn’t work for the first day I was there The sheets are not white they are yellow lol no food for breakfast it’s more like a motel Also the hallway is very loud"

"Clean room, nice breakfast, pool & staff. You have to pay for parking, Was only there 1 night. Shuttle service is available to the airport."

"Burn holes in the curtains, floor had no carpet and was dirty. Mirror had something smeared on it. Tv quality looked like it was from the 80s. Wifi didn't work and almost got stuck in the elevator. Oh yeah and the crazy lady in the parking lot. Checked out early and told the lady at the desk and her reply was " sorry ok you're good to go sir" "

"Pool closed. No elevator in older rooms. Maids left a water bottle on balcony that had cigarette butts in it."

"All was great … only improvement could be Bistro…. I do like a restaurant menu. Staff wonderful, but confined to ready made frozen breakfast items that needed to be heated."

"The hotel is very clean and the breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, and oatmeal, etc are very good. The staff is very kind and helpful. My only suggestion with the nice newly remodeled rooms would be to have foot stools available to get into the high beds for those of us that are 5’2”. I needed to pull a chair next to the bed as my step stool to get into bed. A footstool in the closet would have been helpful."
