Parking was fine in front of the building. The food met our needs. But when we booked Expedia showed that allowed cats and dogs and this Windgate is Steubenville OH did take cats in Dec 2025 when we stayed there. but I called the day prior to our reservation, and they said they did not take cats since things have changed. They only take dogs now. It was to late to book with someone else so we had to scramble to find someone to take our cat. after going back and forth with Wingate they called the third party and Expedia change their information to only dogs. no good

Convenient to the college across the street. Hotel was under construction while we were there so the pool was out of service, it would have been nice to have been informed of that before checking in.
