We stayed for a week at this hotel an everyday we had clean towels and beds made, the staff were very helpful and they all spoke fluent English so it was easy to ask any questions, they had free breakfast and their is a little 7 eleven in the lobby for easy quick snacks , their spa was very clean ...

Friendly staff but rooms were hot as a sauna. No air conditioning and the sign indicated so not open windows. Pillows were so old they had clumps of foam. Difficult sleep to no sleep prior to flying. Shuttle was great to airport and left at great times

Largest room we had in Tokyo area. Airport shuttle was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and understood most English. My only compliment is the beds were soooooo hard. My hips complained all night.
