"This was my second stay at this hotel. It's a really great spot, with good location and the tallness of the building can be helpful when you're trying to navigate around the city. I was upgraded to a nicer room, which was amazing, and everyone from the front desk to the spa to the gym were all very friendly and helpful. If you get a chance, the spa is really nice; Van gave me an excellent facial. The breakfast can't be beat. It's definitely one of my favorite hotels in Vietnam."

The building itself is extraordinary, and the furnishings and decoration are exquisite. The food is SUPERB. The gym is better than most professional ones, the pool and grounds are gorgeous too, but the most remarkable part is the service. "Brilliant, clean and luxurious hotel close to Hue city but in a quiet setting (typically about 15 minutes in a grab taxi costing around 115k Dong or by taking the free hotel transfer). The staff were absolutely excellent and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The massages in the spa were the best we had during our stay in Vietnam, the food at breakfast and a la carte in the daytime were both really tasty and fresh. We particularly liked the egg station at breakfast over the weekend. Overall we would highly recommend staying for a couples break."
