"Fabulous hotel with wonderful and friendly staff. Special shout to to Nguyen who helped with a flight issue I had. I ended up upgrading to a room on The Level and it was huge with great views across Hue. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and there was both a bath and a shower. The afternoon tea offering was fabulous - free cocktails, wine and canapes every day between 1530 - 1800. The pool was absolutely huge and when I went, I was the only one in it! It also has a really nice Sky Bar. "

"We have travelled extensively as a couple, over many years. Pilgrimage Village Hue is one of the three best hotels we have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. The warmth and welcoming nature of EVERY ONE of the staff we encountered over four days was exceptional - beginning with such a wonderful warm welcome from Tram, on our arrival. Our room fronting onto the warm water swimming pool is definitely worth paying the extra for - its temperature was always ideal, and it’s so convenient for those rooms. Breakfast was such a memorable experience every morning - with the selection of foods, some area on outside covered balcony, and, again, super efficient and helpful staff. "Brilliant, clean and luxurious hotel close to Hue city but in a quiet setting (typically about 15 minutes in a grab taxi costing around 115k Dong or by taking the free hotel transfer). The staff were absolutely excellent and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The massages in the spa were the best we had during our stay in Vietnam, the food at breakfast and a la carte in the daytime were both really tasty and fresh. We particularly liked the egg station at breakfast over the weekend. Overall we would highly recommend staying for a couples break."
