"Parking and staff were fine…. I felt like the room needs some repairs especially in the bathroom area. "

"Quick stop off for sleep. Front desk woman was quite lovely and kind. I only slept and then hit the road, so I can’t speak on much else, but the pillows weren’t ratchet, the rooms were outdated, but for the price, hard to beat. "

"I booked this room 8 months in advance and get there about 2 hours after the official check-in time for my arrival date. They said they overbooked the hotel (I had reserved 2 queen beds) and that they are out of my room selection. They offered 2 King rooms at no cost but I wasn’t putting my 14 year old in a room by herself and they weren’t connected. All hotels in the area were booked so we ended in a King room with a rollaway bed that was made for a toddler. If I booked 8 months in advance, then there is no reason my room should not have been available. Normally my daughter and I could share a King bed but she also got sick on the drive to Toledo so sharing a bed wasn’t an option. She’s 5’9” and hung off the roll away bed so she had to sleep in the King so I didn’t sleep much and the rollaway smelt musty. Outside of this the hotel was nice, location was good and staff and valet were great!"

"So they have a continental breakfast and they have a pool they have a sauna in the pool area with a hot tub it's just the property is very dated and falling apart and you can see that they're trying to fix it up but it's not there yet so seem to be somewhat clean just everything's wore out so what stuff will really helpful and really nice and overall it wasn't a bad place to stay"

"We got to the hotel a few minutes past check-in which was 3pm. I reserved two rooms and when we go to the rooms one of the rooms is not ready the other was being cleaned. I go back down they give me a new room. I go up and that new room is trashed and not cleaned. So we had to wait for the room to be cleaned which took about 45 minutes. Other than the very nice and accommodating receptionist the staff was rude. Then one of the bathroom LIGHTS was leaking water and the shower ceiling was caved in. We had to share a bathroom with the other room and that one was clogged completely. "

"Very poor condition, staff was not friendly and helpful. Bathtub was dirty. Sink was also very dirty. Only two towels for 5 beds room were in the room."

"Stayed there for the Glass City Marathon. It was conveniently located 10 minutes from the university start & finish line. Brought own food for dinner and breakfast- fridge and microwave came in very handy for this. Bathroom was not renovated but it served the purpose. Double beds were comfortable. Only problem I had was the strong smell of the room sanitizer or deodorizer. It decreased with over the 1 night stay. Staff was great and accommodating for a late checkout which we appreciated very much!"
