Hotel Gracery Shinjuku
I choose this hotel for two reason: location and five star reviews. So I was so surprised to see very thin dingy yellow old down comforter in the room. Bed was too firm for me to sleep comfortably. After checking taxi was at hotel ready to drive you to airport that was plus.
