Staff are extremely helpful.
It will be nice if there is a swimming pool and sauna/onsen for relaxing.
Location is perfect with train stations close by.
We always stay at this hotel when in Tokyo for business. The staff are lovely and helpful. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The amenities are plentiful, and the location is great.
Excellent hotel! The staff was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. Plus, the location is super convenient. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are well-maintained and comfortable.
A Brilliant bar with a brilliant view.
Lovely staff.
A slightly confusing location, floors 24-38 of the Shiodome building, access from the humungous Shimbashi station.
Not the best breakfast and the dining area is very crowded and awkwardly seated.
Room was on the small side but as expected! Shower room was clean and modern, great shower which provided a hair dryer too. Bottles of water provided each day which was very needed and appreciated.
Well connected too, easy to walk to Gonza and easily accessible via main train lines to get you to all locations.
Breakfast included on executive room, which was varied and great to fuel us to start our day.
Would stay again!
Excellent spot with a few train line options, easy access to ginza and plenty of food and shops around.
Hotel feels fresh and the view from the bar on reception on level 24 is excellent
Great views. Great staff. Perfect location to visit all of Tokyo and two stops to the bullet train.
The room was spacious for Tokyo and perfect for our first trip to Japan.
We appreciate the kindness of the staff; they were always helpful.
The daily breakfast was actually quite good, however, I wish that they could have changed it out a bit and had a variety of other choices from time-to-time.
