步行去新橋站不用十分鐘，搭JR或私鐵都很方便，新橋新有很多食店選擇，如去築地市場，步行十多分鐘就到。如去豐州市場，搭海鷗線都是在新橋站對面呢。距離東京站很近。房間很小，早餐用餐廳偏小。

Completely utilitarian room to stay in while visiting Tokyo. Very close to subway stations and restaurants. The only reason I won't be staying again in the near future is I want to try out other b Hotel locations in Tokyo, but I'd highly recommend this location for a vacation to Tokyo/Ginza.

Pros: Price-great for location including breakfast, bottled water and drinks. Location - close to shopping but on quiet side street. Six minute walk to Shimbashi station. Room: Small like most Tokyo rooms but clean; bathroom was great; modern toilet with bidet function and walk in shower with rain shower head, jets, and lots of water pressure. Housekeeping took out trash, exchanged towels and left two bottles of water daily. Breakfast: Rates 7 of 10. Some hot foods, cereal and fruit, juice, tea, coffee, pastries. Other: We received coupons for two free drinks per day. Cons: Room: The beds are very firm and pillows flat. We requested two more pillows (4 in room) but our request was denied. We requested 4 towels because the heat and humidity required a shower before bed. Received 4 on day of request, 3 the next day and back to 2 the third day. Only a foot of space between window and other side of bed (if two people sharing bed). Was supposed to fully clean room on Day 3-shower appears to have been cleaned but bed linens were not changed.

Most of the staff are not japanesse, but asian countries. Receptionist Lan was unrespectful and with very bad behaviors at the check-in. After a month travelling around Japan and enjoying omotenashi every where it was very disappointing to me.
