Hotel was right across the Otsuka train station and provided easy access to other parts of Tokyo. Taxis were also easily avail. A shopping center next to the train station offered good food selections.

本当に、本当に素敵なホテルだったんですが、前の方が貼っていったであろう お洋服のサイズが書かれたシール（某有名ブランドUのもの）が、棚に貼られたままで、ん？？も思いました。また、排水溝にも、明らかに自分の髪色じゃない髪の毛が丸見えで、お掃除が行き届いているような、いないような…といった感じでした。 基本的に綺麗で設備や立地も最高なんですが、そこだけ残念だったなぁと思います。

Small, clean room. Breakfast was mostly a selection of breads with a salad. Choice of soups and juice. Good convenient location, next to JY line.

駅の目の前という立地は最高でしたが、チェックインの手間がかかったり、入り口が階段で、重たい荷物を持って来たのに一気に疲れました。また、受付の方たちがお疲れなのか表情が暗いのが気になりました。施設も全体的に古い感じでした。

入口からテーブルまでの間が狭くキャリーを奥に置きたくても持ち上げで運ぶしか出来ないのが大変だった。テーブルに椅子があるので必然的にメイク等は、そこでおこなうのだがライトが斜め上にあるので影になってメイクしにくかった。フロントまでのエレベーターもしくはエスカレーターが欲しい。使うのが業務用？な所から上がるので間違えたかと思ってしまった。 改装した部屋だったのでキレイだったし配置的な事以外は不満は無し。目の間が駅でコンビニやら飲食店は多いし使い勝手は良いと思う。

駅近で立地はとてもいいですが泊まった部屋が臭すぎました。 おじさんが住んでたのかなってくらいの加齢臭…,持っていたスプレーしましたが負けるくらい臭くて特にお風呂は入る度にスプレーしました。 空気清浄機等匂い対策をして欲しいです。
