夏の暑い日だったので部屋に入ったときにエアコンがかかっていて助かりました。 必要最低限のものが揃っていたので満足です。 ただご飯を食べるテーブルと椅子がない部屋だったので、簡易の椅子があればよかったです。

部屋は清潔でとてもよかったです。 炊飯器にアイロンもあるし、洗濯機も洗剤もあります。風呂場に乾燥システムが入っているので服が干せます。 どちらかというと海外からのお客用と言った感じです。 日本語対応できる男性スタッフが居たのですが、変わった日本語を話します。 他スタッフはとても感じが良かったのですが、日本語対応スタッフの客対応が良くなかったです。 チェックイン時、日本語対応のスタッフが、目の前で他のスタッフと英語で会話して、聞き取れているのが分かったのか、別の言語に変えて話しました。 チェックイン手続き中に聞かれてたくない話をわざわざ言語変えてまでしないでください。

設備はとてもよかったです。 ですが、お皿があまり綺麗に洗われていませんでした。 また、接客された方が日本語を上手く話す事が出来ず、説明不足でした。一生懸命でしたが、日本語が伝わらないうえに、説明が少な過ぎました。 特にテレビの見方の説明が不十分でした。 見方がわからなく、1時間以上悩みました。ようやく見れたと思ったら面白い番組がありませんでした。

Good location

It’s a local apartment, you can enjoy the trip like staying at home. Room not so big, but very clean. The location is very good, 5 mins walking from the station, and convenient neighborhood. Easy access from narita airport, and there’s direct bus stop to disney! Two subway lines to use. Skytree just right next to the station!

좁지만 실속있는 숙소~

매우 좁았으나 필요한 것들은 빠짐없이 구성되어 있어서 편했고, 주변은 조용했으며 스카이트리가 걸어서 5분도 채 걷지 않아도 될정도로 가까웠고 근처에 편의점,모스 버거도 있어서 편했어요 한번에 디즈니가는 버스가 있어 편리하기도 했구요 좁은것만 빼면 친절한 호스트,깨끗하고 편한 숙소 굉장히 만족했어요 단 저희처럼 대가족이 움직이지 않으면 좋으실것 같아요^^
