Very convenient and easy walk to early where! Only one thing I really don’t like is that there is no where to hang cloths nor towel.

The staff was very helpful and on check in there was a staff there who told me about all the facilities etc. it was also about 5 mins from the nearest station exit 4. The space of the property is well coordinated however having more plastic cups so we have drinking cups as well so we can drink water plus brushing teeth would be good. It was really interesting how there was two places to wash your hands and the toilet and the sink were seperate from each other. You will also have to coordinate and organise where you want to put the luggage so that you don’t trip over it.

Great location! 15mins walk to Ginza line and 10 mins walk to Toei line. Quiet neighborhood. Rooms a bit old but good enough to sleep 4. Room size is typical in Tokyo and great staff at reception. 20-30mins walk to Tokyo Sky Tree. 20-30mins walk to Senso-ji temple and Asakusa district

A little smaller than our other stays in Japan. Twins beds were comfortable but sofa beds not as much. Missed having a microwave

The room is good enough just for sleeping. The good thing about the hotel it is very close to Asakusa main district not too far to walk. Very close to the tourist attractions, eating, drinking, shopping and train station. A very good location and the price is affordable.

Very close to Asakusa. Around 5min walk to both Asakusa area and nearest subway station. A couple of combini near by. Building has elevator which is a plus. The view from the rooftop is spectacular. Stayed with family of 4 and place was superb and all amenities fit the description. Front desk staff is very accommodating. Neighbourhood feels safe.

Very nice room, plenty big enough. Staff were kind and friendly. I liked the roof top patio to sit and look out over the city. It was a nice place.

Great value for the price!
Fantastic place to stay that is a 10 min walk to the Skytree as well as the famous Asakusa area for great shopping and near a really cool temple. Great value!

Overall a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Its not the most glamorous place but thats not the point; it simply has everything you need. My only advice would be to have cleaner floors, and that the couch beds were a little uncomfortable. Other than that, the price was right and the connecting room is convenient for large groups, a rarity in Japan.

The room was a good size. The shower was nice and hot. The bed was hard. The futon covers were soft and nice. It was slightly hard to find, walking from Tokyo Sky tree. Front desk was not that friendly. Facility in general was average. The floor in my room was really stained and in need of replacement. Would not choose to stay again.

The room was small but definitely clean. Beds are not the best as they are quite thin. The walls are paper thin and after a long day out it was hard to fall into a good sleep since the guests above our room were up most of the night and very loud. No one at front desk that evening until next morning.

The Air-con has bad smell and in it which could be easily seen. Check out time is also too early comparing to other hotels.

Good place for traveller without much suitcases.
For great natural wooden bunk beds and convenient location this is a good place to stay. Great staff, minimal common area space, minimal kitchen accessories. You might want to go eat out or use the microwave only to cook, reheat your bento.

It's a decent place and the staff are all wonderful. It's in a good location near Skytree and Asakusa. But I do have to say I didn't have the best time. First as far as the beds, they are just not very comfortable. The capsules are not individually air conditioned, so if you get a bottom bunk it is very hot, even with the AC blasting in the dorm room, there is just no airflow into individual bunks, unless you are on the top. Also there is no sound proofing, and top bunks have no ceiling, meaning that you hear snoring so much louder here than at other capsule hotels. I've stayed at many capsule hotels, but it was very frustrating with how loud the snoring was. It was like a full orchestra every night!

One of the best that I've experienced. Facility is very clean and accommodating. Being Japanese myself, I very much appreciated that there was a shower room with a bathtub deep enough to take a bath and relax. There were plenty of sinks and toilets available. They provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well as hair dryer for each and every sink (there were more than 6 units in the rest room area). The dorm room is very minimalistic - simple bunkbed with curtain for some privacy. Each bed comes with a small light fixture. The only thing if anything is that if you are assigned to the upper, it is a bit of struggle to go up and down. Also the bottom part of bed makes organizing easier. Every dollar spent there was worth it for me. Also kudos to the team of Playsis. Very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place for anyone who want to save some bucks for accommodation and spend $$ on something else (like food, transportation etc.) while in the area.
