The staff is always so helpful. They speak English well and always greeted warmly. They showed me how to make my own perfume and gave me a flower vase to put in my room. They also changed my friend’s room to be on the same floor as me. Incredible stay. I will come back!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Modern and cozy hotel. Very courteous staff. Stayed here for business and it was perfect. Had the breakfast package, which was with the cute coffee shop downstairs. Great location in Akasaka, everything within walking distance including a convenience store across the street.
We had a great stay at OMO3 Akasaka. The location was perfect within 5 minutes walk to the train station and centrally located within Tokyo making traveling only 15-20 minutes total any direction. The room itself was small but very clean and had everything you could need. The towels and trash were taken out everyday and the room was cleaned every 3rd day. The staff was very friendly and helpful with luggage forwarding and check in and check out which only took a few seconds to do with their self service system. The hotel is attached to a coffee shop/cafe for easy coffee and breakfast but there’s also multiple convenience store right across the street. There was a cart in the lobby for toiletries to grab as you need which was nice! My only criticism would be that the room layout was very tight and did not allow for luggage to be fully opened so we had to do a lot of maneuvering to move around the room and access the bathroom and shower room. Overall, we had a positive experience and would stay again mainly for the location.
The hotel was in a great location! Great amenities! Great staff! Loved the cafe in the building. I just wish the were more spaces to put our luggage and more hooks in the bathrooms.
Nice, clean room. The staff were really friendly! The location was great and super close to the train line. The room was quite small but to be expected for Tokyo.
Great hotel, decent sized room and good amenities. Located in a convenient neighbourhood connected by several subway lines but not too busy or noisy. Would stay here again.
Beautiful and comfortable hotel in a central part of Tokyo with access to everything. The staff was very helpful, rooms are smaller but with beautiful comfortable beds. There are two subway stations short walk from the hotel and the area is full of restaurants and shops.
Friendly and accommodating staff. Bustling but safe area, and close to numerous shrines and food options. 5 minute walk to subway station. Large rooms, & bathroom.
I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was conveniently located near two subway stations so it was very easy to get around. The staff were very nice and helpful.
