A very clean comfortable hotel located very close to Kayabacho station and bars and restaurants in a quiet area. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

Friendly staff, but we had very little interaction with them. Check-in is automated. It is efficient, but it deprives us of the exceptional personal service that Japan is known for. Good hotel—clean and pleasant, but impersonal. Very good breakfast in the ground-floor cafeteria.
