Ideal location for sightseeing with easy access to main transit lines. The local neighborhood is also very cool and a destination in its own right. This is our third consecutive stay at this hotel and it has never disappointed.

As fas as Japanese accommodation goes, we as a family of 4 were extremely happy with our room. I didnt need to pack as many as there was a washing machine, bathroom had an air dryer installed and our clothes were dry the next day. Room was spacious and the living area was grwat for when we buy our dinner grom 7-11!

The Location was great as it was 2 min walk to Okubo Station which gets you everywhere in Tokyo. Grocery store around the corner as well. Limited restaurants in area but shinjuku center is one stop away on the train with many more options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend.
