The staff is wonderful and polite. They helped me with forwarding my luggage to the next hotel without a hitch. All-around fantastic experience. Slightly smaller bed size, pillows slightly uncomfortable. Room is fairly sized and very clean. The room was quite compact but just what I needed. The breakfast was really high quality, and every dish was amazing. Feedback to Hotel Resol: It would be good to add grounded touch points to get rid of static electricity, as the ambient dry air, and carpets generate a lot of static.
