What an absolutely groovy hotel with an amazing view! I had a floor to ceiling window with a view of Godzilla and the city, however the curtain doesn't fully block out morning daylight as the window is wall to wall. The room was modern and clean. The bed was very comfy and not hard. The TV had BBC news which was great. There is also a Starbucks in the building. The shower and toilet have frosted glass doors, so doesn't feel entirely private when you have a twin room set up. I would recommend this hotel.

A modern new hotel with big room & bathroom,floor to ceiling glass windows & sweeping view of the city.Our room is up on the 27th floor & you can see the Skytree & Tokyo towers from afar. The lobby is located in the 18th of Kabukicho Tower.The hotel has everything from Starbucks,food court,cinema,& restaurants steps away.It’s the center of Shinjuku.We stayed for 4 nights & we’re very happy of our stay. The breakfast was excellent & good selections from Japanese & western cuisine. The front desk staff is very accommodating to let us check in before 3 pm when the room was ready.Very good customer service.

Such a funky hotel with fantastic views of the city (we were on the 31st floor). Staff were very friendly. Close to all the amenities and room was a great size with huge bed. 7/11, family mart and Starbucks close by if you like a fancier coffee in the morning (and egg Sammy) Totally recommend this hotel.

Our stay was enjoyable. The staff didn’t bother us, but if we needed assistance they were terrific. Clean, quiet, and safe. I cannot recommend enough.
