We are from America and this place is great! All of the staff go above and beyond to be so helpful. Very clean and no smells. Free Disney shuttle. Breakfast was different than what we’re used to but there were so many fresh options and even great stuff for kids. Not much for American eggs or cereal but many other choices. Room was so cozy and clean. 2 twin beds pushed together is how we got ours and it was higher than a king bed. Quiet room. A 7-11 type store is attached with lots of food options and many other items. Hotel has a small gym and laundry room. I highly recommend this place for families.

The staff were very helpful and resouseful to make our stay pleasant. Family friendly and accommodating for Disney resorts. What would be helpful is a shuttle to the near by location to catch the limousine bus transportation to the airport, especially during rainy conditions. Otherwise, it was a great stay. Thank You!

It’s a spacious hotel with spacious room, convenience store located in the first floor. Hotel has shuttle bus service to Disneyland and DisneySea. The downside is hotel’s location is a bit far away from the Maihama station, you need to transfer two times of buses to get to the hotel. But if you like to stay within the Disney area, this is the hotel I would definitely recommend. Overall, It’s worth the price.

very nice and family friendly hotel. lawson store in the hotel makes it very convenient if family is tired from all day activities. good breakfast buffet. across the hotel us is a dog park with overlooking at the nice ocean view. very relaxing. there’s a walking distance indoor mall New Coast. A lot of restaurant in the area. Free hotel bus to and from Disneyland and Disneysea. Disneyland is near Maihama Station which we would take the train, we would the hotel shuttle bus to Disneyland walk to Maihama Station and take the train from there. Same way when we return to the hotel, check their pick up time from Disneyland and Disneysea so you could time your return to hotel
