Nice hotel in a very lively area. Minutes away from shopping centers, restaurants, bars, museums. The rooms are a bit small, but well-organized, clean and insulated. The top floor has an open deck and hot baths.

The hotel has only four washing machines, which often results in long wait times—typically around an hour. To avoid the rush, we found ourselves having to do laundry either late at night or very early in the morning. Additionally, some of the machines were quite dirty inside. There were also instances where people left their clothes in the machines after the wash cycle had ended, and the staff had to unlock the machines with a passcode, causing further delays. The overall management of the laundry facilities is terrible.

This hotel is very quiet and clean, and is easily accessible to two stations. Although the room is small, everything is well thought through and functional so was comfortable for a business trip. There is a nice roof top terrace where I did some static exercises (swimming pool was closed), and an onsen too. A staff member gave a good recommendation, and that was appreciated. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay and close to Subway and a street that has many taxis. Getting around was 0 issue with this place as home base. Surprisingly wealthy side of town, keep an eye on your spending.
