We stay in APA hotel on Osaka and in tokio very clean very nice . Staff very helpful . Some of them have the mineral hot spring baths.

Hotel was very clean and the staff were wonderful. Rooms are same and yes there may only be one elevator, but they provide information on what times will be an issue. Great location with plenty of spots to eat and activities to do. Would recommend.

The room we had was very small. It would have been ok if we could have switched on the air con, but it is centrally controlled and despite it being early spring our room was uncomfortably hot and stiffling. As a result we had to have the window open which made sleeping very difficult due to the noise from the street. It's a busy area and noisy all night. The staff were polite and the room was clean, but the a/c issue lets it down.

Great location in Shinjuku, about 15 min walk from Shinjuku station, about 6 min walk to a smaller station (Oedo line). Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage for a few hours on arrival and checkout for free.

The staff was wonderful and helpful! Very kind and talkative as well. The hotel rooms are quite small, which is pretty typical for the area. The bathroom is up a step, and very small - and the toilet isn’t a heated one like we came to expect in Japan. The shower water pressure was phenomenal though! The bed and pillows are very flat, and the insulation is nonexistent. You will hear everything from outside! It’s a busy area, so there are loud noises all night every night. We chose for the accessibility to the trains, but now I know to choose a different area next time!
