Pretty hotel with a lovely rooftop near public transportation. Loved that it has laundry services since it’s hard to find. Stayed 3 nights and would definietly stay again when I come back to Japan! Free ice cream is a plus

The location is good, even thought the room is quite tiny. But the annoying thing is the room cleaning. Need customers to do it by themselves to putting used towels and trashes out of the room.

Great stay with excellent amenities I stayed there for four nights and really liked the hotel. Roppongi metro station is less than five minutes away from the hotel, which is very convenient, especially if you need to go back during the day. The rooms are well furnished, and the mattress is comfortable. The hotel also offers a wide range of amenities. In the lobby, you can help yourself to items such as toothbrushes, slippers, and pajamas, as well as coffee and tea to enjoy in your room. They even have a free ice cream machine where you can make your own sundaes. The only downsides were the room layout. We had twin beds, and the space to access the second bed was a bit narrow. Also, the hot water flow in the bathtub is quite low. Otherwise, everything was great, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very clean and quiet room. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was just right size and functional. Kitchen and dining table were perfect for us. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Towels were replaced daily. Only downside was that it does not have a spa.

The only complaint I have is that the shower was quite small for the double room. Other than that the staff was friendly and helpful. There is complementary coffee and soft cream ice cream and even a rooftop deck!! I chose this hotel for the location and value. The Hibiya Line entrance #2 is close by as well as 2 convenience stores. Roppongi Hills is across the street and Don Quijote and Tokyo Midtown are 10 minutes away by walk. Many restaurants in that area, definitely something for everyone.
