highly functional, good location
Good stay. Proper Japanese style house which is slightly worn but overall in good condition. would definitely stay again. 1st floor: big bedroom, bath/shower room, separate toilet 2nd floor: kitchen/living room, large tatami room with futon mats, toilet (no shower/bath) 3rd floor: 2 bedrooms with beds, another room without a bed bring your own hand towels!

Very nice!
The hotel is close from subway, supermarket and many good restaurants. It's located in the middle of Tokyo, but it's very quite.

바닥에 난방이 안 되어서 조금 춥기는 했으나 조용하고 깔끔한 맛에 반했습니다. 길 건너에 대형 마트도 있고 교통도 편리합니다...

신주쿠에서 이동하기 편한 거리의 위치
신주쿠 아파트먼트를 이용하면서 4명이서 생활하기에는 충분한 방 크기 및 이용 시설은 나쁘지 않았음.

일반적인 수준의 객실이었음. 3층 객실의 경우에 계단이 매우 가파라서 나이 드신 분과 함께 가는 것은 추천하지 않음. 에어컨 난방기의 효력이 약해서 밤에 추위가 느껴짐
