"A very basic hotel, although staff were helpful and polite. There were no dining opportunities and the rooms were small and rather depressing. However it was clean and convenient. The price was reasonable for what it offered."

"Amazing stay in Shinjuku. Travelling from Australia. Extremely large rooms. Attention to detail was outstanding. Twice daily service. Dining/breafast was fantastic with two course and breads each day included. Staff extremely helpful, pleasant helped with cans/uber. Overall simply the best stay! Highly recommend. "

"This, while being amazingly affordable, was very clean and well located property.
The grounds were immaculate, the rooms were very well maintained, and the amenities were stocked after every cleaning.
The property is located about a 5 minute walk from the Nishi-Shinjuku station on the Marunouchi line, and is near an excellent food court and wonderful park with a beautiful shrine nestled in.
I plan on staying here (or one of their related properties!) on my return trip to Tokyo soon!"

"I had a great stay here. Great location for daily activities: the train station is across the street and that helps get around the city and transfer to other lines to get to Shibuya and other parts of the city.
There's a park about a five-minute walk from the hotel.
Easy access to food with several restaurants and Family Marts and a 7-11 nearby. Also, the breakfast buffet in the morning is good so it's worth paying for it when booking.
Even if you don't request cleaning, the room gets cleaned every several days. The bed was high, so there was storage for luggage underneath the bed. "
