"Very lovely, well-maintained and comfortable accommodation close to the cablecar station that takes you up the mountain. Has a nice restaurant and hiking equipment facilities on the ground floor."
"A very basic hotel, although staff were helpful and polite. There were no dining opportunities and the rooms were small and rather depressing. However it was clean and convenient. The price was reasonable for what it offered."

"What an absolutely amazing hotel. The location, the cleanliness, the staff, the views, the amenities, the comfort it was all there here at the Exc hotel in Shibuya. You might look at the price and see that it might be more expensive than other hotels in Shibuya but this hotel is right on the doorstep of Shibuya from seeing the crossing from the lift, to breakfast in the sky on the 25th floor this hotel was absolutely perfect and made our trip to Tokyo so special. There was nothing we could fault with this hotel and would continue to recommend it to others. I have read that hotel rooms in Tokyo and particularly in Shibuya a small but this room was by no means small plenty of space a king size bed, a couch and a desk and plenty of storage space for our belongings and our luggage."
"Room was clean. Staff were super friendly and approachable. The restaurant and bakery inside the hotel carried delicious food. Will definitely book at this hotel again in the future! "
"Stayed in an executive room. V roomy by Tokyo standards. Exec lounge was fantastic...nice views, good food and staff.
St George's bar staff were v helpful, concierge extremely helpful. If ever back in Tokyo would stay again. High floor good views."
"Fantastic location, close to train station, lots of restaurant options in the building and out the front door. King size room was very roomy and super clean. Highly recommend."
"Very convenient place on transportation, shopping.
And dinning. Transportation from and to Narita airport by either bus or train are only 10 to 15 minutes walking. The hotel staff are kind and very helpful on introducing local traffic and sightseeing spots. We will be back here again when next visit to Tokyo."
