Only thing I like is the staff. Very courteous and helpful. Very dull lobby and floors. Smells in room. Poor quality linen. Also, was asked for extra for kids. Can’t think of staying again.

Value for stay
Location wise good one,Opp to main bus stand and food also good. Room service was mush appreciated. Only things is beds are not much comfort but okay to sleep. Unfortunately wife was not able to connect for us

Location is convenient. Property has become old, requires refurbishing. The ambience does not match with 3 star level. Staff is very cooperative. Restaurant is good but breakfast needs veriety. Food quality is good. Those who book directly with them get 24 hrs. check in/check out facility and those who book online get 12 noon check in /check out.

I have spent Rs.3000+ to get the room,room was not upto standards, not even close to what they are advertising on there websites.I have made the reservation with breakfast and front desk said its without breakfast without even trying to see my reservation confirmation email. wont stay here again and completely waste of money.

Only if you are forced to. Not safe!
Safety is more than questionable. We discovered it when our door lock got jammed from outside. The staff took one hour to solve the problem. Its the way they solved it that was most shocking. They went into an adjacent room, moved/unscrewed some furniture and got into our room and unlocked the door within seconds. By the way, it is compulsory to leave your room key with the front desk staff when you go out!!! We immediately cancelled our reservation and went to another hotel. The reception staff was one of the most (not a joke) cold people we ever met in the hotel industry or during our one month trip in India. They took around 30 minutes for the check in. The elevator is old. The room is extremely old and run down. Standing by the open window could be dangerous! There is only One electric socket per room. So you'll need to take turns for charging if you are more than one in the room.

Hotel close to Bus Stand
Rooms were acceptable and enough spacious. They allowed late check out unitl 3.00 PM Bath rooms were not that clean. Taps and shower were broken. Bed spreads, towels were torn and stitched. Breakfast was sufficient. Our room door lock appeared that it was broken earlier and then new lock was fitted. So key was different and they did not mind to change the door. I had booked non AC Room and they provided AC room with out remote for air conditioner. Windows were locked and so the room appeared suffocating with air circulation. Pillows were so hard and so the beds.

Worth your money!
Hotel rooms were nice, spacious and clean. staff was courteous. F&B are accessible. Transport is easier to get from the location. Breakfast was complimentary and for no limit.

Blanket is torn and not fresh. No good service of Wi-Fi. No Aircon or Fan facility at the reception lounge. Hotel staff must need training on Hospitality management. Tea cups / flask is not hygiene. No room freshener in corridor and in the room . Smoking smell. Not worth for money to say. I'm providing feedback to let management know and improve above services. Nothing personal.

Hotel nearer to bus stand and good location
I did not go with copy of Expedia conformation copy. However the lady at the reception manage to print out. Toilet and room cleanness not up to the mark. Some food in the veg restaurant is expensive. We ordered two roster pappadd each was INR 50, which is unacceptable for Tirupati living standard. The complementary breakfast though we had good spread of Veg dishes, were cold. (looks like "eat or no eat policy)

I have stayed in this hotel when ever i visit Tirupathi/Tirumala, Its very close to bus stand and very tidy. It has 24 hs check-in which is very helpful.

It was told that we will be given a An room when booked online by hotels.com but we ended up landing in non ac room.service was very poor,only after 2 to 3 reminders we got drinking water. wifi is not working at the time of our stay. it was told by staff that ot will take 2 to 3 days for wifi to be available

Felt cheated the whole time. Horrible
Booked rooms at PLR grand when I saw a seemingly good deal on Hotels.com, but they did not want to honor the deal. I had to pay from my pocket again and hotels.com said they will do a refund. I still see the deal in Hotels.com but I am sure they have no intention of honoring it - not sure whose fault is it though. Additionally while checking out they wanted room rent for one room which I had checked out earlier but the front desk seemingly did not really check me out in spite of me giving them the keys and telling them. Finally just to get over with I had to give them some settlement they offered. Such a horrible experience... Felt cheated the whole time so much so that I will think multiple times before booking hotels online in India again.

Just a so-so place. It is behind the main bus stand at Tirupati. The neon lights are indeed Grand from a distance. However, the place is anything but grand! The neighborhood and approach kind of stinks and you are afraid to tread around. The hotel should strive to improve its neighborhood and the general upkeep of the hotel.

Best stay near Tirupati
Value for money, best location, very convenient for visiting Tirumala and Padmavati temple. Also good options of Veg food available in and around the hotel. If I go to Tirupati, I will stay here again and will recommend to my family and friends.
