"This hotel should get a 0 star rating if possible. We as a family booked 2 rooms, one for in laws and one for us. One of the rooms was given to us without any cleaning done with food leftovers on the coffee table, dirty pillows and an uncleaned restroom. "Eventhough the rooms appeared clean and new. The cups kept had dirt on them. The water was smelly. Also the AC was functioning in one of our rooms, when I informed they checked but it was not fixed. When checked with the reception while checking out the response was cold and they told since we booked online they coild do nothing on payment. They were not even ready to apologize Restaurant was closed due to gas shortage "
