One of the rooms was given to us without any cleaning done with food leftovers on the coffee table, dirty pillows and an uncleaned restroom. The other room where my in laws stayed for which I paid AC rate did not have a functioning AC. We called their front desk a million times and no one picked up the phone. When we checked out, the reception folks were acting as if everything was...

"We stayed at Chitra Temple View Hotel, which is conveniently located within walking distance of the Tiruchendur Murugan Temple, the seashore, and Naali Kinaru. The hotel staff are friendly and attentive, and the cleanliness is excellent. They also have a generator, ensuring 24/7 power supply. The restaurant on the premises is another highlight; the staff there were especially kind and helpful, particularly as we were traveling with a 1.6-year-old child. The only downside is that the hotel room was a bit small, but overall, our experience was very positive."

"This is a very nice hotel with great service. The staff members are very helpful. The property itself is clean but the surrounding is not so great because of the construction work. However the hotel is noise free. The fitness center is under reconstruction after the serious floods of 2023. I have stayed here every time I visited Tirunelveli. I would recommend this place without hesitation. "
