"My wife and I celebrated her 30th birthday a couple weeks ago and were a bit disappointed with the hotel. Our first encounter upon entering the room was a fishy odor and we had to have the room re-cleaned (someone had fish in the mini-fridge). "Our room was kept clean at all times. Towels were changed daily which was great. One thing I would like to recommend is that you place families with children in the same area of the hotel. I got woken up every morning before 07:00 without fail by a young child who was shouting for her parents for at least 20 min before they came to her. That is not fair to adults who are trying to have a vacation which includes sleeping in. This is easy to address and I'd encourage you to take action immediately as I would say this spoiled my vacation to some extent. It's as bad as me banging on their door after 10pm."
