Hampton Inn by Hilton Tijuana
This hotel is rude, they don't respond to your messages at all. I accidentally booked in Tijuana instead of Otay Mesa and they wouldn't help me at all. The Otay Mesa Hilton called them to see if they'd do a refund for me and nope, against their policy. Don't stay here and furthermore make sure you're ...
