"The hotel and staff were fine. The breakfast was pretty good. The bed was comfortable. There were only two minor things that were not up to par and kept it from getting five stars. The hallways and stairways had a lot of dirt that someone had tracked in. I talked to a member of the staff about it. They said that some construction workers were staying there and tracked it in. The stairways were cleaned up, but the halls still had dirt. The other item was that our bathroom had no place to hang towels except a tiny hook on the back of the door. I visited the room of our friends who were at the same hotel, and they had nice big towel racks. Weird. I would stay here again."

"I really appreciate the friendliness and the courtesy in the speed in which they checked me into my room. We’re able to ask answer all my questions that I had. I was a very comfortable quiet day and you showed me how to use the television set."

"The room and lobby were fine. When checking out I let the desk clerk know I had slipped and fallen in the tub that morning. She said she would make note that my room (#328) get adhesive strips. I let her know there were two small strips (1/2” thick, running from front to back) already. I guess that was the next I could expect. "
