"On Friday night, I got this email and thought I made the reservation for the wrong date. When I tried to call the man I spoke to was difficult to understand and gave me a different number to call and said it so fast that I had to ask him to repeat it. Plus he was either ignoring me between questions or there was a huge delay in hearing my questions. He was rude I was so upset that I made a mistake and may not have a room. He gave the front desk of the hotel and I found out I had a reservation and your email was incorrect. The girl at the front desk was kind."
"This extended stay was one of the nicest extended stays we have visited. It’s a little pricey compared to some of the other long term rentals, but you get what you pay for. Clean and well kept property and very close to newly developed shopping and restaurants. Right off of I80 and about 20 mins from downtown Omaha. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We actually left our Keurig in the room by accident and the ladies that cleaned our room had it bagged up for us and waiting at the front desk when we returned in hopes it was still there. While there is a kitchenette in the room, it was not stocked with what you would need to cook, but we had previously read that in the reviews and came prepared. They also have those items for sale at the front desk if you are in a pinch. Overall we found this place to be great and would definitely stay here again. "
"Stayed for one night on a road trip. Convenient area, clean rooms, full size shampoo and soap in shower. A little dated but overall good and clean. The pool and hot tub were over chlorinated that eyes were burning after about 20 min which always makes me wonder about cleanliness and upkeep. Didn’t use the hot tub as there wasn’t a thermometer or way to read the temperature and water didn’t quite feel hot enough. Breakfast was standard with pancakes, eggs, meat biscuits and gravy etc and all were good. Would stay again of passing through. Staff at check in was helpful and friendly too. "
