Room was clean but they don’t empty trash or make bed or leave clean towels. They don’t take dirty towels…. So we just went to front desk to get clean towels. They’re very nice and the place is clean but would be nice if they’d at least empty the trash and take the towels on the floor.

The room was very nice except we couldn't adjust the heat and there was no heat in the hallways. They were blowing cold air in the vents from the outside. It was 8 degrees outside! The elevators were just as cold.
