Check in is easy and the gentleman at the front desk, Mit, is a fantastic property manager. I had a great room with a comfortable bed and a kitchenette, at a very affordable price! 10/10 will stay here again.
My wife and I enjoyed the hot tub. The room was clean and the gentleman at the front desk was polite, attentive and professional. 10/10 worth the affordable price.
The property is dated, the tub faucet was loose and leaking, not all of the lights work. Property is severely dated and needs updating inside and out.
The shower worked and the bed was comfortable. If it weren’t for those two things I’d have given this property a lower rating.
Check in is ALWAYS a breeze and the front desk gentleman is ALWAYS pleasant, patient, and The key card was not consistently working but was immediately repaired
The changes they made a marvelous it's very clean all the trash was finally picked up from a remodeling and I think they've done a wonderful job on upgrading their apartments motel rooms
The room seemed clean and everything was in working order. The only complaint I had was that the glass in the picture frame was broken, but it didn't look like any was on the bed or floor underneath.

I liked that it was quiet and within driving distance of a walmart and a few restaurants.
I did not like that the room I was given, #224, was in very bad shape. The walls were spattered with various substances, One lampshade was smeared with something brown. The carpet was sticky and stained, with patches of ground-in goop of some kind.
The television screen was visibly damaged to the point where it was barely watchable. And someone had plastered what I assume was wax over the cable box.
I also began to notice cockroaches on the second day of my stay.
Showed up about 10pm to check in.
Nobody in office...3 TV's were on. Rang the bell several times, called zero like the phone on the counter said to do..., called the main phone number let it ring until It disconnected me.. Did all this for about 20 minutes.. over and over.. Went to sit in my car for about 5 minutes, Walked the property looking for anyone.. Nobody around.. Returned to office and repeated everything I did before for 20 minutes continuously. Nobody ever came, never got checked in.. Called Hotel.com.. They were great.. got me out of that Hell Hole and into another hotel.. No charge.. Everybody at Hotel.com was freaking awesome.. That's why I haven't ever used anyone else.. This is the second time they came to the rescue and I'm very appreciative for that.. I won't get a refund but this hotel is extremely ghetto and unsafe.. so I don't even care.. Hotels.com is great though...

Didn't read My request for Early Check-in!
Poor customer service. When I made my Reservation and Booked my room I requested and early Check-in. I arrived at around noon and check-in was posted at 3 pm; however, online it was reported to be 2 pm. When I asked for early, I was told it would be an additional $20. I asked why, because this was a pretty huge hotel, and there were less than 10 cars in the entire parking lot. I was told it's because when he called is "Uncle" he was told to charge me $20. I declined because I chose this hotel for economical purposes, so why pay extra? When I checked out, the same man asked me to post a good review. I laughed, I said I was going to post a review, but it wouldn't be good. He told me again that is Uncle told him to charge me $20, and that they did not read my request for early check-in. I told him that was another reason for me not to give a good review. He told me NEXT TIME they would give me early check-in. I told him there will be no NEXT TIME! LOL....Amazing!! Very poor customer service in my opinion.
the hotel is old and in need of repair. The entry was challenging to locate. The room was very clean. But only one floor lamp in the corner.. outlets missing covers, windows dirty and the curtains do not fit. No coffee, no ice machine. Definitely a no frills operation.
Had to make a last minute trip to the area. Price was right and there was availability. Nice motel. Was in the process of changing brands. Clean and perfect for a quick stay.
