The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the food was absolutely delicious with a wide choice. Accommodation was very comfy and spacious. Would definitely recommend a stay here and would return to this hotel.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel and this time we stayed longer because we like it. This time let me concentrate on the little things The room looked nice with nice proper tumblers and ,new this visit , tea and coffee in the room, nice fittings, hot water in vast supply.. We stayed for 5 nights all inclusive before moving on to a villa in playa blanca. This was our second visit and it was still up to the same high standard. The staff are excellent, all have a smile and seem to enjoy their jobs, one of the entertainment team in particular helped my son in the gym, during his own time. Rooms are clean, we had a sea view, pool towels available, 10 euro deposit, room safe 2 euro per day, travel type hair dryer in bathroom. No problems in drink service and good choice...

Lovely, clean, safe, friendly apartment blocks a short, easy walk from centre of Costa Teguise. Furnished to a high standard, lovely strong shower, plenty of towels, kitchen equipped with all the essentials, including filter coffee machine, lovely swimming pool, Martin's bar open by the pool in the afternoons and evenings, Reception office manned 9-5.30 with helpful and friendly staff. Apartment was cleaned well every day. We would definitely stay here again, excellent value for money.

Excellent hotel with all comforts, great and diverse food and excellent location to Arrecife and Costa Teguise

An absolutely gorgeous hotel; fantastic food, amenities, entertainment and children’s activities. But, above all else, the staff are awesome. I went on holiday with my 5 year old son after losing my wife and his mum to cancer 6 months previous. It was his first holiday abroad and my first without my wife. Many tears were shed but the staff went above and beyond to make this holiday special, I will never forget their kindness to me and especially my boy.

Nice hotel, lovely rooms and amazing food! Close to supermarket and shops and numerous restaurants and bars. A 3 min walk from the beach. Has a small shop on site for gifts and booking excursions. My advice would be to book a sea view room (away from the hustle and bustle of the evening and pool entertainment) and go half board to take advantage of the amazing food. Such a perfect holiday! Easy to find, great food, close to beach, shops, restaurants. Lovely staff. Huge luxury beds. Amazing showers! Gorgeous pool, spa and gym. Hotel entertainer Beatrix was great!

Fabulous staff - always attentive and happy. So clean everywhere. Entertainment team were excellent even if you didn’t want to take part. Food was great and very varied. Plenty of sun beds and right opposite the beach.

We have just returned from a great stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent and always had a smile and a greeting for us The food selection at meal times was very good , with a varied theme each night. Entertainment in the evenings was varied and could be improved.

I have to mention the restaurant staff,they're just great and so efficient and nothing is too much to ask for them. The entertainment in hotel was good for the week we stayed. There was magician show which was really good, there was reptile show and parrot show,we found it amazing that they do all this included in the price. Have just returned from ten days at the Hisperia ,our second visit . A perfect stay, this hotel is lovely with a great location right by the beach of playa dorado, with the marina Rubicon one side and shops and restaurants the other. The pools are lovely and always plenty of sunbeds. The food is also good and you would be hard pushed not to find something you like, the desserts are particularly yummy . The staff are helpful and the rooms were kept spotless .

All staff were extremely nice and competent. Double room with extra bed for guest was huge and with sea view. Amazing choice of food and beverage (premium not included), the only problem was to stop eating. Enjoyed evening shows (there is one show every night) and gym (I did a stretching class). Pool was warm (27 C) and even with the cold wind it was very pleasant to swim. Great location, close to Costa Teguise (city centre) and Arrecife (by bus and rented car). I loved this place. Amazing location, just wow!. It is a big hotel with between 1-2,000 guests so feeding those numbers "All Inclusive" can't be an easy task. However, the food was just fabulous, and The Mandarin and The Canarian cuisine was just superb. This place exceeded my expectations and the vibe was excellent. The hotel is a little tired (built in 1972), but I loved it, the location, beach and catering were just excellent.
