There's really not much to be said: absolute perfection, everything.
The service was fantastic - we lost one bag in a train station and they got it back for us - so thank you to the fantastic concierge and bellboy team who saved our holiday!
We stayed in the Suite, beautiful room, some of the best restaurants in the town actually inside the hotel, 100% great and recommended!

The room is perfect and staffs were friendly and helpful. One of the disadvantage is that we have arrived at the hotel at 14:30 (after the check in time it stated), but we have been waited for over an hour to be allocated to a room. The reason was that numbers of customers have checked out lately and eventually the rooms were unavailable when we arrived. In addition, we went to the pool in the morning, we have found a number of kids were not behaving in the public area such as pouring drinks in...
