"This is my second stay with Springdale Serviced Residence. The apartment was big and clean. You feel like home staying here. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The only downsize is big bus cannot enter their car park to allow us to load and unload our luggage. But the concierge will help us ferry our luggage to the main road and settle our luggage. We have pleasant here, thanks to the helpful concierge for handling 30 over pieces of luggage."

"The room with king-size bed is too small, like a upgraded economy hotel room. Also, not enough lights inside the room, quite dim at night. "

"This hotel is old and not good at all, the pool is falling apart and very uninviting. The rooms is very noisy and there wasn't a mini bar they just put a small fridge (empty) inside the room for some reason. only good thing about this hotel is the nice location next to taikoohui but this is in no way a 5 star hotel and the price of over $200 per night you expect a clean pool with spa and many amenities but there where non of this. my advice is to book another hotel close by this location like...

"Appealing factor for staying at this hotel was that they provided transportation to/from the Canton Fair. It is in an interesting neighborhood. When leaving the hotel make sure when you grab a taxi that you negotiate the fare prior to getting in or make sure they turn the meter on. Many people that take a taxi will get charged double or more when they don't turn the meter on. "
