"Absolutely horrible. From checking in to falsely advertising room. It was not what I booked for. Then shown other rooms and told we need to pay extra. Unit was old worn out and the bed was absolutely disgusting. No mattress just under lay on wood. Sore backs every morning. I would never recommend this property to anyone ever. "Up in the mountains, very quiet. Nice gardens, Friendly staff. Breakfast was good, coffee not so good. Good views even there was a little smoke hazz. "

"A week after booking via hotel.com, the hotel contacted back saying they made a mistake overbooking and asked to move us to the cave like room. The room was very stuffy with no window. ---The waterfall view was great. The food was okay."
