"We didn’t see the staff except at check in. The room was stark, which we could have taken, but the beds were literally like sleeping on a board. I’ve never seen a bed that hard."

The staff were very good in every way, but the duvets do not have a cover, just a sheet under and a sheet over meaning during our sleep; we would touch the uncovered dirty duvet surface which many many others had touched during their sleep! The hotel needs to put the duvet in an entire case sheeting and then zip the bottom. When we requested this, the staff who are in NO way to blame were apologetic and said they did not have proper...
