"Mattress was sagging in the middle. Other than that, everything else was great."

"Property is definitely run down in some areas. Elevator was broken for the duration of our stay. Breakfast buffet had some decent options but the juice machine was also broken. Room was clean, but the bed was not the most comfortable and the walls are quite thin. We had to ask for toilet paper, as it wasn't restocked before our arrival. Highlight was the pool and hot tub, though the jets were malfunctioning so they weren't worth using. Wasn't a leisure trip for us, just a weekend stayover while we finished a favor for some family - can't complain too much with that context. Definitely wouldn't recommend it as vacation lodgings, but if you're just passing through it'll get you by."

"Everytime we travel to Michigan, we stay at the Paw Paw Comfort Inn. The staff is so friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The rooms are nice size and very clean. We have recently stayed at several hotels and by far the Paw Paw Comfort Inn has been our favorite."

"The only issues were the chlorine in the pool was way too high and I still haven't gotten my deposit back"

"Room itself was ok, I thought it was to warm, but my husband was comfortable. However there were ants all over the sink in bathroom coming up through the air vent hole!! That was disgusting!!!"
