"Great location and fantastic back porch w/ view. I wish the internet was more reliable, and that someone was at the desk more often. Great for a stay if you're planning to be outside or off-site most of the time. My room didn't have a TV. Not enough soap in bathroom, but they let me check out late which was appreciated. Would come back!"

"The only reason I gave 3 stars on a few things is because we were only there for 1 night and didnโt get to partake in the amenities they offered. Hope to stay there again for a longer stay next time"

"Stayed one night for the North Conway Half Marathon which was conveniently located close to the start/finish and center of town. I greatly appreciated the later check out so I could run back to the motel for a quick shower. Great stay and thank you!"

"Only stayed one night so we didnโt explore too much. Property was quiet despite being close to town though the walls are a bit thin so we could kinda hear people in the next room. Beds were comfy. Would stay again."

"The property looked nice driving up but the interior needs to be updated. My room was on the 1st floor and the hallway floors were uneven and seem well worn. The room was ok, clean but a tiny TV and the pillows were not even standard size,more like throw pillows. Luckily,I always bring my own. The phone was old and there was a DVD player in the room, so yes some updates could help. I didn't realize the restaurant was going to be closed through the end of the year, so we had to leave to get dinner. I was looking forward to having dinner and a drink after arriving. The gym was clean with a good offering of equipment and the pool and jacuzzi looked nice. There was also an area with fire pits on the 1st floor that groups were sitting around. It wasn't a bad stay, just left me wanting a little more."
